Return Policy

Ready-to-Wear wigs and toppers are eligible for a full refund when returned within 10 days of delivery, provided the piece is unworn, unaltered, and in its original condition.

To qualify for a return, the wig or topper must not have been worn, washed, colored, cut, styled, or otherwise altered. Lace fronts must remain completely intact and may not be cut, trimmed, glued, taped, altered, or tampered with in any way. The piece must also be free of odors, makeup, hair products, adhesive, or other signs of wear.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as LS Hair Collection is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment. Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or tampering with the lace are not eligible for return or refund.
