Cancelation & Booking Policy:

Canceling 24 hours or more prior to your appointment: no fee

Canceling Less than 24 hours prior to your appointment: 50% charge of scheduled services

Same Day Cancelation/No show appointments: 100% charge of scheduled services

Late Arrivals (5-15 minute grace period depending on the service(s) you are booked for):
100% charge of scheduled services will be charge if you are more than 5-15 minutes late to your appointment.
- Example, certain services are shorter in length of time. Services like a blowout/updo/airbrush tanning are scheduled for 30 minutes so you cannot be more than 5 minutes late to be serviced. ​Longer services such as a balyage are longer so we will allow upto a 15 minute grace period. If your tardiness ever affects another client's appointment time you will not be serviced.

When Booking An Appointment (Online or Via Phone)
We cannot stress enough, please book the proper appointment! Booking an appointment (especially online) just because it's the only thing you see available doesn't mean you just choose that appointment and then ask for something else when you get in. There are times we truly cannot accommodate a different type of service aside from what it booked due to timing and it affecting someone else's appointment time. If you have booked the wrong service, your stylist may ask you to reschedule and it may result in a same day cancelation fee.

Our satisfaction guarantee covers adjustments to the original service only. It does not apply to changes in color choice, style preference, or if the hair has been altered by anyone outside of our salon.
