Cancelation & Booking Policy:

• Canceling 24 hours or more prior to your appointment: no fee

• Canceling Less than 24 hours prior to your appointment: 50% charge of scheduled services

• Same Day Cancelation/No show appointments: 100% charge of scheduled services

• Late Arrivals (5-15 minute grace period depending on the service(s) you are booked for):

100% charge of scheduled services will be charge if you are more than 5-15 minutes late to your appointment.

• Example, certain services are shorter in length of time. Services like a blowout/updo/airbrush tanning are scheduled for 30 minutes so you cannot be more than 5 minutes late to be serviced. ​Longer services such as a balyage are longer so we will allow upto a 15 minute grace period. If your tardiness ever affects another client's appointment time you will not be serviced.
