What is your cancelation policy?

Accepted Answer

Cancelation & Booking Policy:

Canceling 24 hours or more prior to your appointment: no fee
Canceling Less than 24 hours prior to your appointment: 50% charge of scheduled services
Same Day Cancelation/No show appointments: 100% charge of scheduled services
Late Arrivals (5-15 minute grace period depending on the service(s) you are booked for): 
100% charge of scheduled services will be charge if you are more than 5-15 minutes late to your appointment.

Example, certain services are shorter in length of time. Services like a blowout/updo/airbrush tanning are scheduled for 30 minutes so you cannot be more than 5 minutes late to be serviced. ​Longer services such as a balyage are longer so we will allow upto a 15 minute grace period. If your tardiness ever affects another client's appointment time you will not be serviced. 
We are firm with our cancelation policy.

We have a 2 dedicated parking spaces right in front of our entrance. Always check there first, if it's full, you can use nearby garage parking, where the first hour is free. Contact our front desk for further assistance.
